Terms and Conditions
The contract entered into is between Jayne Stewart, referred to as "The
Owner", and the holiday maker, hereinafter referred to as ''The
Client''. The contract is not effective until the required payment has
been received and confirmation has been sent to the Client.
For reservations made more than 6 weeks before the holiday start date,
a thirty percent deposit of the rental cost is required at the time
of booking. The full balance of the total holiday cost is due 6 weeks
before the holiday start date and if not paid, "The Owner"
reserves the right to cancel the holiday booking, in which case the
deposit will be forfeited in full. In the case of bookings made less
than 6 weeks before arrival, full payment is due on booking.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
We cannot accept cancellations after the booking payment has been made
4. Alterations to bookings
Whilst ''The Client'' acknowledges that there is no right to make any
amendments to a booking following the confirmation of the booking, if
the Owner receives a request from a Client prior to 6 weeks before the
holiday start date, "The Owner" will endeavor to accommodate
such a request.
If, for any reasons beyond "The Owner's" control,
the Owner has to cancel or alter arrangements made with ''The Client'',
"The Owner" will make every effort to offer alternative accommodation.
If the Client does not accept such alternative, the Owner will refund
in full all monies paid by the Client to the Owner whereupon the Owner's
liability will cease.
5. Damage or losses
A damage deposit is required at the time of the booking and will be
returned to the client (minus any damages, losses or the cost of an
extraordinary cleaning) on the day of departure.
The Client shall take all reasonable care in the use of
the property, the contents and effects. The Client is responsible for
leaving the accommodation in the same order and cleanliness as on arrival.
6. Numbers in party
The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum
of two people. The property shall be used solely as holiday accommodation
and under no circumstances should it be used for any business purposes.
The Owner reserves the right to refuse entry to all or any of the Client's
party if this condition is breached.
Occupancy shall be from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on departure
day unless otherwise agreed with the Owner.
